You will be treated to a gourmet feast by our chefs who have been trained in every detail of the dishes they prepare. Whether the dishes be of continental, Goan or Indian origin, they are individually prepared from the freshest ingredients, cooked without the use of flavour enhancers, creating a variety of flavours enhanced by an exquisite blend of wine, herbs and spices.
